http://linuxintro.com has all of those things, and references other sites that include even more details about the minor points that the article skims over. The videos are NOT short; they are long and VERY comprehensive. Also there is textual articles along side each video, and download links to any scripts referenced in the videos. It also has a forum for members to chat in, or to ask questions. It is a pretty nice site, albeit new and needed of more content. It is becoming a pretty good resource for almost anything that is related to Linux. I think that with time, it will become a definitive resource...
